“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread to prayer”—Acts 2:42 The book of Acts gives specific information regarding the Early Church. The Bible says the Lord added to these individual churches set in the towns and places near and around the Mediterranean and Dead Sea. The Lord used the missionary heart of those believers in Koinonia or fellowship to further the Gospel. From Jerusalem to Rome, the Apostle Paul travels teaching and preaching continuing with the Acts of the Holy Spirit. Pastor John Miller teaches a message titled "An Evangelizing Church" using Acts 2:42 as the scripture reference.
