A mother’s love for her son runs deep. A loving mother would do anything possible to help her son. And when you see your child suffering unjustly in agony, it’s torturous. Mary stared up at Jesus, her son, weeping about what he was going through, knowing she could do nothing to help. Pastor John explains today about Jesus’ incredible selfless love back to her, even in death. He saw her pain. He understood her torment. And he spoke words of care, concern, and compassion to her. 19:25 Now there stood by the cross of Jesus His mother, and His mother's sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. 26 When Jesus therefore saw His mother, and the disciple whom He loved standing by, He said to His mother, "Woman, behold your son!" 27 Then He said to the disciple, "Behold your mother!" And from that hour that disciple took her to his own home.
