Picking up shirts and tote bags

This year’s VBS shirts are included in the price of registration. If you purchased a Tote bag, you can pick it up before VBS starts! Pickup times are Friday, June 17, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM, and Sunday, June 19, during service times. They are white, and we hope by the end of the week, every student will decorate their shirt with a spark of creativity that God has given them!

What to expect on Day 1
On Day 1, arrive as close to 5 PM as possible. It takes time to work through the check-in process on the first day. Each student will be checked in by a parent outside the main church doors, NOT in the Revival Kids check-in area. Every student will receive a name label with the location of their class. Parents will keep an additional label that must be present during pickup. After check-in, you’ll receive a map with the classroom locations. If you didn’t already, you could pick up your shirt and tote bag as you work your way into the church, where a parent must drop off every student at their classroom. Additional tote bags will be available for purchase (while supplies last).

Student Pickup
The classroom schedule has students very busy. Parents will be allowed on campus, but please don’t interrupt teachers until checkout begins at 8:30 PM. If you need to pick up your student early on any of the nights, please come to the Children’s Ministry office, and we can assist you with checkout. The labels received during check-in MUST be present for checkout. If a different person picks your child up, give them the label or send them a picture. If you “lost” the checkout label, we will have a staff person in the foyer to help you checkout. Lastly, we do not permit minors to check in OR checkout students. If you have a special circumstance, contact Revival Kids.

Explain rotations and when I eat.
Every day of Vacation Bible School, students will rotate for our Worship Rally, bible, outdoor games, and dinner. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, the students will receive one of the following meals:

– Mini cheeseburgers and fries
– Chicken nuggets and fries
– Quesadillas and taquitos

Not all students will have the same meal each day, but by the end of the week, all students will have had each meal. Wednesday is our family BBQ night, and Friday is PIZZA for everyone! There will also be snacks available in the classrooms. If students have specific dietary needs, please contact Revival Kids.
