No matter where you read in the Bible about God’s people – Old Testament or New – you’ll see that God always provides a leadership structure.  And where the leader goes, to a very significant extent, there go the people.  Today, Pastor John describes the qualities that are required for leaders in the New Testament Church.  These are not “job descriptions,” they are character descriptions.  Do you feel that God is calling you to leadership?  How can you know whether that calling is genuine?
