How do churches choose pastors?  Of all the decisions you might be involved in, regarding your church, this can be the most make-or-break of all.  Today, Pastor John shows that the roles of leadership within the church are not for everybody.  And of all the characteristics that are required, they are all exhibited first and foremost within the leader’s own marriage and family.  If you’re a pastor or even a lay leader within your church, be sure you’re first shepherding and leading those within your own home.
