The Danger of Covetousness – Part 2

Some people wonder why Christians get sick, lose their jobs, or have other setbacks in their material lives.  If God loves Christians, and they love God, shouldn’t He protect them from such harm?  Today, Pastor John teaches about some false ideas that were already making the rounds in the days of Paul and Timothy.  It seems that some thought and taught that following Christ was the road to health and wealth.  But when you’re living a godly life, you have blessings much greater than these external things.
