Have you ever heard someone who has come up with a “new and innovative” idea from the Bible?  Have they “found something” that no one else has seen for the last two thousand years?  Today, Pastor John has a warning: beware.  It takes a sincere and conscientious effort to study the Bible honestly, being attentive to the context and overall themes of the Scriptures.  So, watch out for “novel” interpretations, and don’t allow yourself to be divided, or to be divisive, about unconfirmed biblical rumors.
