2:19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, 20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone, 21 in whom the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, 22 in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.
Many pastors are avoiding the hard truths of the Bible in favor of happy, feel-good teachings. In today’s message, Pastor John highlights the danger of not preaching the full Gospel. The Bible is the Word of God. God is the author. They are His words to you. Therefore, it is ALL important and should ALL be studied and followed. Don’t settle for a half-Gospel. Don’t settle for a half-Jesus. Read and study God’s Word for yourself and get to know the real God of the Bible, who has made Himself known through His Word.
